Sculpt and Tone Yoga incorporates all the great moves from a traditional Hatha yoga class with additional exercises to tone and sculpt the thighs, glutes and abs.
We move at a moderate steady pace and offer options to support the knees and wrists. Emphasis is placed on building muscles while supporting the joints.
This class is challenging but suitable for beginners. At Keep it Simple Yoga we provide a noncompetitive atmosphere to encourage students to begin where they are and feel good about their bodies today.
Sculpt and Tone Yoga begins March 15th.
